Exclusive Travel Experiences is a sales training and educational organization committed to the enhancement of the luxury leisure travel professional. Our services are provided complimentary to all travel agencies. 
 
Exclusive Travel Experiences’ mission is to equip the luxury leisure Travel Professional with the sales training, information and resources necessary to become even more valuable to their clients. 
 
Exclusive Travel Experience's collection of resorts or The Exclusive Travel Collection consists of many of the finest resort and hotel experiences on the globe. They truly support the Travel Agent's involvement in the reservation process.

Three criteria must be met and maintained when being a member of this Collection. 
 
1) The Hotel must be the absolute “Top of Class” in their marketplace, meaning that they hold the first place position in their marketplace. 
2) The Hotel must be leisure-guest focused. 
3) The Hotel must support the mission statement of equipping luxury leisure travel agents with the training, information, and resources that they need so that these agents become even more valuable to their clients. 
 
Since every resort in the Collection holds the first place position in their marketplace, they are familiar with the purchase decisions of the affluent leisure market. Our resorts truly advocate the Travel Professional and desire the Agent to be involved in their client’s reservations. 

 
Our Mission and Experience our Resorts Program
The mission for Exclusive Travel Experiences is to be a complete advocate for the Travel Professional through the following activities. 

The in-agency sales training, resort education, brochure fulfillment, Experience Our Resorts Program, Exclusive Amenity Program, and promoting the use of Travel Agents on many cities’ radio airwaves are completely free to the Agent, since Exclusive Travel Experiences is funded by the member resorts. This education, training, and equipping is performed in-agency, so that the agent does not have to leave their office and miss an important phone call and the agency owner does not have to spend money to send their agents out of town to receive sales training. 
 
1) Exclusive Agent Amenity Program: We desire all Agents to be able to “touch” their clients during their client’s stay at our member resorts, so we created a Program for Agents to be able to provide one complimentary amenity to their clients from a choice of three amenities so that the Agent can match, as closely as possible, their client’s personal preferences in the amenity they choose to send their client. Additionally, the Agent can send their client a personal note card that will be attached to this amenity, with any personal message they choose to write to their client. The agent simply refers to our “Agent Resources” Page of this website chooses their amenity and types in the client information AND a personal message, that will be transcribing in handwriting on a note card and attached to the amenity the Agent chooses to send their client! There are some Agency consortia that have negotiated a complimentary standard amenity with some of our member resorts. The Exclusive amenity has nothing to do with this program and is IN ADDITION TO the consortia standard amenity. Here again, our member resorts are choosing to Advocate the Travel Professional. 

2) Experience Our Resorts Program: Each of our resorts are committed to make this learning fun for travel agents as well as tangibly wanting to support the agency community and desires to have every Agent visit their resort for free. We found a great way to accomplish this. We asked each member resort to create a “threshold” in which if an agent books room nights into the resort and they cross the resort’s room night threshold, the Agent is awarded a complimentary night’s stay. We asked the resorts to set their “thresholds” low so that all agents can gain complimentary room nights for themselves. 3) Sales Training Equipping: We provide complimentary in-agency professional sales skills training to all Travel Agents on how to proactively communicate to their clients in order to gain bookings through identifying their client's true needs and pro-actively communicating to their clients, which most often result in gaining the sale quicker and more completely and gaining a referral from their best clients as a result of these efforts. Additionally, we introduce “Experience Language” to Agents who currently do not speak this customer-focused language. 
 
4) Commission Up Front Gift Certificate Program: Five of our member resorts are able to offer you commission on the package or room that you sell in Gift Certificate form, immediately upon the sale of the Certificate, and not, as the tradition, when the Certificate is redeemed! You MUST complete the form on our Certificates Webpage in order to qualify for this commission upfront. These certificates ae identical to the traditional certificates that these resorts issue, but with one large distinction, they have the words "net, non-commissionable" on them. The ETE Certificate Web page www.etravele.com/certificates/ is the key to the Accounting Department's (in our participating resorts) to know to pay you commission immedaitely upon the saleof the certificate! This program was borne, like all of our other programs, from an Agent we met while visiting you. These five resorts are completely breaking tradition by offering you such a lucrative program to advocate you. Hopefully, this program will help you meet the needs of your leisure clients when they need to provide a gift but do not have dates for a trip or help you break into the huge corporate individualized incentive market. 5) Experiential Message Equipping: Since our members are all first place positioned resorts in their marketplace, we deliver “experience messages” and updates on each of the member resorts to the Travel Agency community so that the Agents understand these experiences to be able to communicate these experiences fluently to their clients, thus making them “experts” in these resorts and be able to provide their clients the latest happenings and offerings of these resort experiences. 
 
6) Education Resources: We provide complimentary one page “Experience Newsletters”, on each member resort, designed to be a one focal point of reference resource for busy agents who simply does not have the time to navigate through the many pages of a website or sort through the various brochures so that the agent can be more fluent on the resort experiences. These Newsletter pages are presented during the in-agency office visits. 
 
7) Provide Specific Recreational Brochures: We assist the agent in identifying specific clients that would be a good match for the individual resort experiences described, then equipping the agent with specific recreational brochure resources that are congruent with their client's reasons for choosing a resort. Our goal is to equip the agents we meet with the exact recreational “driver” information that is most important to their clients and have the agent proactively mail these brochures with a short personalized note to their client to “surprise and delight” their clients, acknowledging that they are aware of what motivates their client's choices and becoming a resource of the Number One Resort options to their clients so that their clients feel additionally valued, book with the agent and gain referrals to their client's friends and family. This effort is just a small way on how we can assist the Agent with their continued pro-active communication with their clients. 
 
8) Web Marketing Resources: For the Agent's own use as a web marketing tool, these Newsletters are located on this website. They are available for viewing, printing and downloading (if you have Adobe Professional 6.0) on our resorts page.  Agents are allowed to modify the contact information on these Newsletters by substituting their own contact information and emailing them to their clients if they use email in their marketing efforts to their clients, thus aligning themselves with these Number One Resort options for their clients. 
 
9) Promotion of Agency Usage: We perform key note addresses and radio talk shows geared towards the upscale and luxury –tier traveler. The promotion of Travel Agency usage is THE dominate theme in our communication. 
 
The member resorts truly support the leisure agent and want to see them gain more referrals by the way they are able to service their existing clients more effectively and offer resources to market themselves to new clients. Since every resort in the Exclusive Travel Collection is the leader in their marketplace, these agents are being equipped with the very best resort experiences, which should make them even more valuable as a luxury resort resource to their clients. 

Since our member resorts are all Top of Class, no other resort will provide the guest experience that these resorts can offer their upscale and luxury leisure clients among their competitive sets. Each member of The Exclusive Travel Collection offers a unique guest experience, location, and exceptional service that are sure to please even the most discriminating traveler. They are truly some of the best guest experiences that the world offers.

E.T.E. Information
Exclusive Travel Experiences (E.T.E.) is a sales training and equipping organization committed to the enhancement of the luxury leisure travel professional, finding the finest like-minded “Top of Class” resorts to support the luxury leisure travel professional. E.T.E. offers personal, in-agency training, communicates “point of difference and experience” messages, helps identify agent's clients that would be a good fit for these resort experiences, and offers specific recreational brochures that match their client's interests for agents to proactively communicate to their clients and advocates the Travel Agent in all public industry forums. 

The maximum number of members in each Exclusive Travel Collection will be no more than 12 in order to maintain its exclusiveness and truly to be effective in the equipping process. E.T.E. continues the agent relationships post visit to assess and fulfill any new needs and identify any new targeted clients that the agent may have for a specific resort experience. We act as a direct liaison of training, sales, information, and service between the member resort and the travel professional as well. 
 
We can assist the travel professional in choosing the best hotel & resort fit for their clientele. We have purposely aligned ourselves with only the finest resorts in their marketplaces and have limited the number of hotels & resorts that we allow in the Collection to better service our travel professional clients. 
 
Additionally, Exclusive Travel Experiences, Inc. has a training division www.exclusivetraining.com offering training to luxury-tier reservation's and group sales’ teams on “Using Experience Language”,  “Using Consistent Luxury Language”, “Highly Successful Sales Call Structure”, “Sales Closing Techniques”, “Overcoming Obstacles”, “Sales Script Revitalization”, “Individual Marketing Plan Creation” plus many more modules tailored to the client’s specific needs. Exclusive Training’s subsidiaries, Exclusive Shopping, offers telephone shopping services testing group sales manager’s and reservation team members gauging the consistency of the message, ability to truly meet the needs of the client, and compliance with the established standards.
