If you already have an amenity agreement with one of our member resorts, through your marketing alliance or consortia, our Exclusive Travel Advisor Amenity is in addition to the other amenity and not a substitution of that amenity! It does not matter how you book your reservation either; through a wholesaler, online, part of a tour or cruise schedule, direct, GDS! One complimentary amenity for each and every separate leisure accommodation reserved. It is our pleasure to bring this Travel Advisor advocacy program to you. Our member resorts are the true Travel Advisor advocates. We simply proclaim their advocacy through our complimentary programs. |
| We are very pleased to announce a way for every Travel Advisor that we have met personally to experience our member resorts on a complimentary basis!
Our member resorts are: How it works: Every Travel Advisor that we meet will have an account established for them for every member resort. Every member resort of our Collection has established a VERY easily achievable room night threshold level in which they will award a complimentary night (or stay) once the Advisor crosses this threshold through the reservations they make. 1) Once you have a confirmed reservation with one of our member resorts and send a complimentary amenity to your client, your bank account for the resort you booked will be automatically credited. You do not need to email us separately. 2) If you choose not to send an complimentary amenity to your client, but want to receive credit for a reservation you made at one of our resorts, simply email tom@etravele.com and provide the following information: last name on reservation(s), arrival and departure date, total number of rooms per night booked, the confirmation number on the reservation (if you have one) and your IATA, CLIA or TRUE Number. All leisure reservations qualify. Your client can travel anytime at any leisure rate. 3) Periodically, we will email you to let you know your balance (if you have one) at each member resort. Once you cross their threshold and your client(s) has already traveled on their vacation at a member resort, you can take your complimentary night or you can continue to add into your account until you double the threshold to gain an additional night, after that client checks out. Since most lead times on reservations are mid to close in, waiting until the client travels on their vacation to use your balance should never be an issue. The Travel Advisors we meet tell us that the best way to communicate with your clients is to speak from personal perspective and kowledge, adding to your Expert Resource mystique. Speaking from the first person, singular speech builds tremendous credibility to your communication and thus makes you even more of a valuable resource to your clients. The members of the Exclusive Travel Collection are truly committed to YOUR success. These resorts have many choices on what booking portals to support. Montpelier Plantation: 1 comp Travel Advisor room, with breakfast for 2 people, for every 5 room nights booked. Then 2 complimentary dinners for two people for every 10 room nights booked, in addition to the 1 comp night. Then 3 comp Travel Advisor nights for every 15 room nights booked, plus breakfast for two daily and 2 dinners for 2 people comped. Barnsley Gardens 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 8 room nights booked!! Your comp stay includes breakfast for two, a turndown gift and a visit from the Fairy Godmother Gasparilla Inn & Club 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 10 room nights booked!! Dancing Bear Lodge 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 10 room nights booked!! If you book 20 room nights in one calendar year, then one dinner for two is complimentary during your stay as well. The Sanderling Resort and Spa: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 10 room nights booked. High Hampton Inn: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 10 room nights booked in their Inn and Cottages and 1 comp Travel Advisor room after 4 Vacation Home reservations, for any length of stay, above their 3 night minimum in these homes. The Broadmoor In lieu of the ETE Complimentary Night Program, The Broadmoor has their own Honored Travel Advisor program. Travel Advisors are awarded 2 comp room nights upon booking a minimum of 10 room nights in one calendar year. Travel Advisor must be registered for the Honored Agent program at www.broadmoor.com/travelagents in order to collect rewards. Additional details on website or contacting ETE. The Palace at Playa Grande: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 11 room nights booked. Portofino Island Resort and Spa: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 12 room nights booked. Inn at Palmetto Bluff 1 comp Travel Advisor Cottage for every 15 room nights booked. Santa Marina Resort & Villas 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 15 room nights booked. The Greenbrier 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 18 room nights booked. There is a 2 night Maximum stay for this comp stay. The Greenbrier wants you to return for another one or two comp night stay in a different season, to have that experience as well. Arion - Astir Palace: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 20 room nights booked. The Westin Resort - Astir Palace: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 20 room nights booked. Blue Palace Resort & Spa: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 20 room nights booked. Hotel Grande Bretagne: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 25 room nights booked. Vedema: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 50 room nights booked. Mystique: 1 comp Travel Advisor room for every 50 room nights booked. The Resort at Paws Up: is not particpating at this time in this program. Rules & Regulations: Corporate Group rated rooms do not qualify for this Program, only leisure rated rooms. Leisure Groups, like family reunions, do qualify for this program, as long as they are booked through the leisure reservations department and not the group sales department. Accounts are only established in the individual advisors name, not an Agency's name. There can not be any combination of different advisors room nights in order to cross a threshold. The Travel Advisor must be present at check in to use the complimentary room night(s) and are intended only for the Advisor and one significant other. The Complimentary room(s) cannot be transferred to a client, relative, friend or colleague. If a member resorts leaves the ETE Collection and the Advisor has not yet reached the room night threshold for a complimentary room, those room nights are forfeited. If the Travel Advisor has reached the complimentary room night threshold at the time a member resort leaves the ETE Collection, it is up to the sole discretion of the member resort leaving the Collection if they want to honor the Advisor's complimentary nights. Account balances have no value. ETE may change or cancel this program in part or in its entirety at anytime without notice. |
| These first placed positioned resorts can also assist you in your proactive communication with your clients by equipping you with recreational & life style specific brochures and collateral for your client communication so that you can provide your client with information that is of specific recreational interest to them, which your clients are not able to gain themselves. These resources are available in both paper form and electronic form, so that you can match your client's preferred way of communicating. We are trying to assist you with your continued pro-active communication efforts with your clients. At the end of our Resorts page of this website there is a link to a document with all of the brochures that we can complimentary provide you to surprise and delight your clients in your pro-active communication with them.
