If you already have an amenity agreement with one of our member resorts, through your marketing alliance or consortia, our Exclusive Agent Amenity is in addition to the other amenity and not a substitution of that amenity! It does not matter how you book your reservation either, through a wholesaler, online, part of a tour or cruise schedule, direct, GDS! One complimentary amenity for each separate leisure accommodation reserved. It is our pleasure to bring this Travel Profesisonal advocacy program to you. Every member resort of our Collection has established a VERY easily achievable threshold level in which they will award a complimentary night (or stay) once the Agent crosses this threshold. 1) Once you have a confirmed reservation with one of our member resorts and send a complimentary amenity to your client, your bank account for the resort you booked will be automatically credited. You do not need to email us separately. 2) If you choose not to send an complimentary amenity to your client, but want to receive credit for a reservation you made at one of our resorts, simply email tom@etravele.com and provide the following information: last name on reservation(s), arrival/departure date, total number of room nights booked, the confirmation number on the reservation (if you have one) and your IATA, CLIA or Home Based Agent Number. You MUST email ETE in the quarter that you booked the reservation in order for the reservation to be added into your account. Your client can travel anytime at any leisure rate. 3) Periodically, we will email you to let you know your balance (if you have one) at each member resort. Once you cross a threshold and your client(s) has already traveled on their vacation at a member resort, you can take your complimentary night or you can continue to add into your account until you double the threshold to gain an additional night, after that client travels. Since most lead times on reservations are mid to close in, waiting until the client travels on their vacation to use your balance should never be an issue. (The great news is that there are no gift certificates to worry about with expiration dates on them!) |

Glendorn 1 comp Agent room for every 5 room nights booked!! Barnsley Gardens 1 comp Agent room for every 8 room nights booked!! Your comp stay includes breakfast for two, a turndown gift and a visit from the Fairy Godmother Gasparilla Inn & Club 1 comp Agent room for every 10 room nights booked!! The Broadmoor In lieu of the ETE Complimentary Night Program, The Broadmoor has their own Honored Agent program. Agents are awarded 2 comp room nights upon booking a minimum of 10 room nights in one calendar year. Agent must be registered for the Honored Agent program at www.broadmoor.com/travelagents in order to collect rewards. Additional details on website or contacting ETE. Dancing Bear Lodge 1 comp Agent room for every 10 room nights booked!! If you book 20 room nights in one calendar year, then one dinner for two is complimentary during your stay as well. Watercolor Inn: 2 comp nights for every 20 room nights booked, plus a $100 resort credit. There is a 4 night maximum comp stay. Watercolor Inn wants you to return for another one-four comp night stay in a different season, to have that experience as well. Santa Marina Resort & Villas 1 comp Agent room for every 15 room nights booked. The Greenbrier 1 comp Agent room for every 18 room nights booked. There is a 2 night Maximum stay for this comp stay. The Greenbrier wants you to return for another one or two comp night stay in a different season, to have that experience as well. Blackberry Farm 1 comp Agent room for every 20 room nights booked. The comp room includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 ppl, tax &service charge and a complimentary upgrade to a suite! They have limited availability for a one night stay. Inn at Palmetto Bluff 1 comp Agent Cottage for every 20 room nights booked. Colonial Williamsburg Hotels: 1 comp Agent room in a Colonial House inside the Historic Area, if available, for every 20 room nights booked at any of the 5 hotels inside Colonial Williamsburg. Mammoth Mountain Resort 1 comp Agent room for every 20 room nights booked. This comp room includes either one day ski rental or one day lift ticket. Encantado: 1 comp Agent room for every 20 room nights booked. Arion & Westin - Astir Palace: 1 comp Agent room for every 20 room nights booked. Blue Palace Resort & Spa: 1 comp Agent room for every 20 room nights booked. Hotel Grande Bretagne: 1 comp Agent room for every 25 room nights booked. | These first placed positioned resorts can also assist you in your proactive communication with your clients by equipping you with recreational & interest specific brochures for your client communication so that you can provide your client with brochures that are of specific recreational interest to them, which your clients are not able to secure themselves. Additionally, in our small way, we are trying to assist you with your continued pro-active communication efforts with your clients. At the end of our Resorts page of this website there is a link to a document with all of the brochures that we can complimentary provide you to surprise and delight your clients in your pro-active communication with them.
